Ingredients

  • 150 g Sugar free chocolate
  • 100 g Peanutbutter

Instructions

  1. Break the sugar-free chocolate into pieces and melt it gently using a double boiler or in the microwave (heat in 15–20 second bursts, stirring in between until smooth).
  2. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each mini muffin cup or silicone mold. (Only use about half of the chocolate) Tilt and rotate each mold so the chocolate covers the bottom and goes slightly up the sides to create a shell. Place the mold in the fridge for 5–10 minutes to set slightly.
  3. Place a small dollop of peanut butter in the center of each chocolate shell. Keep it away from the edges to allow room for sealing.
  4. Pour more melted chocolate over the peanut butter to cover it completely. Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes, or until fully set.
