Orange cake with frosting

Ingredients
- •2 Egg
- •180 g Sugar
- •1 tsp Vanilla powder
- •Orange zest from one orange
- •150 g Butter
- •180 g Flour
- •3 tsp Baking powder
- •100 g Cream cheese
- •30 g Powdered sugar
- •1 dl Cream
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add the orange zest and gently stir to combine.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Sift the flour and baking powder into a separate bowl.
- Alternately add the melted butter and the flour mixture to the egg batter and gently fold until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a pan and bake in the middle of the oven at 175 °C for about 40 minutes. Let the cake cool completely.
- Meanwhile: lightly whip the cream cheese together with the powdered sugar.
- Add the cream and whip until you have a stable and firm frosting.
- Pipe the frosting onto the cooled cake and top with fresh berries.
