Ingredients
- •175 g Room temperature butter
- •1.5 dl Sugar
- •1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- •0.5 dl Cocoa powder
- •5 dl Oat bran
- •3 tbsp Room temperature brewed coffee
- •1 dl Shredded coconut
- •50 g Milk chocolate
- •10 g White chocolate
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except the shredded coconut and milk chocolate.
- Divide the dough into two portions and roll each into a log. Tip: If the dough is too sticky after mixing by hand, chill it in the fridge for 15–20 minutes so the butter firms up a bit.
- Roll the logs in shredded coconut and make a groove along the entire length of each log (I used a metal straw) and then gently flatten them a bit with your hand.
- Melt the milk chocolate and fill the groove. Decorate with melted white chocolate for a pretty finish. Place the logs in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Then take them out and slice into pieces.
