Bite-Sized Treats

Ingredients

  • 175 g Room temperature butter
  • 1.5 dl Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 dl Cocoa powder
  • 5 dl Oat bran
  • 3 tbsp Room temperature brewed coffee
  • 1 dl Shredded coconut
  • 50 g Milk chocolate
  • 10 g White chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the shredded coconut and milk chocolate.
  2. Divide the dough into two portions and roll each into a log. Tip: If the dough is too sticky after mixing by hand, chill it in the fridge for 15–20 minutes so the butter firms up a bit.
  3. Roll the logs in shredded coconut and make a groove along the entire length of each log (I used a metal straw) and then gently flatten them a bit with your hand.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate and fill the groove. Decorate with melted white chocolate for a pretty finish. Place the logs in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Then take them out and slice into pieces.
